Friday the 20th November saw the launch of Language Success Track at the Peveril of The Peak Hotel in Dovedale Derbyshire where a group of people attended a one day seminar in French or Spanish to learn how to be able to survive in everyday situations in France or Spain. Language Success Track provides beginners with the opportunity to be part of fast track low cost language learning in an enjoyable way.
Topics included:
Ordering breakfast, a drink, snack, 3 course meal.
Asking the way to a bank and receiving directions.
Buying an item in a shop.
All delegates were truly delighted with the progress thay had made during the course of the day and all wished to be informed of the Track 2 seminar which will provide an opportunity to further enjoy language success and to become a better communicator and conversationalist in the chosen language in everyday situations.

Elanga was asked recently to deliver a Spanish Language training day to celebrate European Day of Languages at the headquarters of UK Trade and Investment in Derby. As a provider to UKTI a rating from all delegates who took part in the training was essential and Elanga was rated excellent by every delegate taking part in the day long session being the only Midlands company to receive a rating of excellent from all members on this celebratory training day.

A Midlands ethnic food company, this last week , prepares its product range for export into Europe and Norway. All food labels are required to have the ingredient section translated into six European languages and Norwegian. The company in question required each one of the 100 food product files to be translated into 7 world languages French, German Spanish, Norwegian. Dutch, Danish and European Portugese. Elanga International not only provides the translation but manages the entire project working closely with the company design studio ensuring absolute accuracy by proof reading all food labels prior to going to final print. Each one of the 100 food files is translated into 7 languages.
UK Trade and Investment, the government organisation providing language supppport to companies in the UK doing business Internationally and the international trade arm of the East Midlands Development Agency appoints Elanga International as its chosen contractor to design and deliver a one day Spanish interactive language learning seminar in Derby to celebrate the European day of languages on September the 26th 2009. The course will be available to individuals who already have a working knowledge of Spanish and they will be employees of companies already engaged in export. More to come on this story later.
